Rifle Butts Road Upgrade

Client: Mansfield Shire Council

Description: A 7 km long road widening project that required ecological assessment of the site to identify the flora and fauna species, and ecological communities present or likely to occur at the site. Identification of significant habitat and biodiversity values and recommendations for project design. Post design, an assessment of the proposed impact including detailed assessment pathway for native vegetation removal, tests of significance for threatened species and determining the requirement for any subsequent referrals under the EPBC Act 1999.
